Liv Machine, established in 1979, has been manufacturing tube bending machines for domestic and abroad customers since its establishment.

We keep on our path by selling domestic and abroad our 5 axis cnc tube bending machines, 3 axis cnc tube bending machines, hydraulic bending machines and double head tube bending machines. We have already exported tube bending machines to countries like Italy, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Georgia, Morocco, Togo, Turkmenistan, Romania ,Ukraine etc.

Our tube bending machine are used in furniture, cooling systems, defence industry, health industry etc. 

Our tube bending machines’ capacity covers between 32mm-65 mm. NC and CNC tube bending machines differs within themselves in terms of capacity. Nc tube bending machines differs as 32 NC , 51 NC, and 65 NC hydraulic tube bending machines. CNC tube bending machines differs as 3 axis 42 cnc , 3 axis 65 cnc , and 5 axis 42 cnc pipe bending machines.

NC tube bending machines are mostly preferred by customers for products with average numbers and not many bending points on a single tube. 

Double head pipe bending machines are preferred mostly for “U” bendings to make bed, bed base, sofa, ironing board, wheelchair and such products.

CNC pipe bending machines are more preferred for the duties when there is too much bendings, serial bendings and sensitive bendings. In addition,drawings made on copmuter can directly be sent to our 3 axis and 5 axis cnc bending machines. Also, there is possibility to see the products as 3D simulation on the screen.
